By booking a mobile detailing service with Auto Glow Detailing, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Services Provided
Auto Glow Detailing offers professional mobile detailing services at your preferred location within the service area. Services include exterior and interior cleaning, ceramic coatings, seat extractions, headlight restorations, and more. Service availability may vary.
2. Booking & Payments
All appointments must be booked in advance through the website, phone, or social media. Full payment is due at the time of booking. If an additional service is requested and approved at the time of booking, payment for that service will be due upon completion of the appointment. A deposit may be required for certain services.
3. Service Area & Requirements
Mobile detailing services are available in Gateshead, the majority of Newcastle, Sunderland, and some parts of County Durham. Bookings outside the service area may be cancelled or subject to an additional travel fee. The customer must provide a safe and accessible outdoor tap for water supply, a safe location to plug in an extension cord for electricity (if required), and sufficient space to perform the service, such as a private driveway or a legal parking area.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. If the service cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect location details, lack of required facilities (water/electricity), or unsuitable working conditions, a call-out fee may apply. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather conditions, vehicle condition, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Additional Charges for Heavily Soiled Vehicles
Bookings may be subject to a surcharge if the vehicle is heavily soiled with pet hair, mud, mould, blood, or vomit, or if there is excessive staining, embedded dirt, or foul odors requiring extra time or specialized cleaning. If the vehicle contains any of the above, please send a photograph and contact for an accurate quote before booking. Failure to disclose this information may result in additional charges on the day of service.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Vehicles must be in a reasonably accessible location such as a private driveway or legal parking space. All personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle before the appointment. Auto Glow Detailing is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Liability
High-quality service is always the priority. If there are any concerns, please notify within 24 hours, and the issue will be addressed where possible. Auto Glow Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, paint defects, or interior wear and tear. No responsibility is taken for damage resulting from poor vehicle condition, aftermarket modifications, or manufacturer defects.
8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
If weather conditions prevent service completion, a reschedule will be arranged at no additional cost. In cases of unexpected delays such as traffic or emergencies, notification will be given as soon as possible.
9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
